Anders Haagen
Anders HaagenManaging Partner
Anders worked in investment banking for 25 years, based in Hong Kong; his latest position was Partner, CEO Asia for BTG Pactual, a position he resigned in 2013 to focus on building sustainable food and biofuel projects in a personal capacity. He has invested in several greenfield projects, ranging from palm sugar to sustainable shrimp production. Anders has worked closely with academia and practitioners globally to establish a model for enhancing productivity of energy and food farming.
Christian Eyde Møller

Christian has a unique international profile with extensive management and investment experience having worked and built businesses in Asia, US and Europe with start-ups and big organizations in both private and public companies; such as East Asiatic Co (EAC), Ebone and Sprint.
Christian has successfully executed multiple large scale high growth start ups in both Asia and Europe within the Internet, telecom, shipping, and food industries.
Christian has extensive Food industry experience with farmers and processing in Asia.
Henrik Haagen

Co-Founder and former CEO of plenty e-commerce start-ups since 1999.
Over the years Henrik has been focussed on disrupting markets and business models across different industries using technology as the driver.
The past years Henrik has been involved in projects in both West and East Africa
Henrik has a long background serving in the Danish military (Royal Hussars) as an officer.
Matt Ross

Matthew’s first love has always been science and nature. Holding a degree in Medical Microbiology Matthew then studied law before setting out on a 20 year career in banking and finance. In 2009 started his first coffee company in Indonesia. In 2011 Matthew moved to Northern Sumatra to further build and enhance the company and create his ultimate coffee, Ross Kopi.
Matthew and his team have changed perceptions on coffee production, process and farming. In 2013 Matthew became an advisor to the Indonesian government on sustainable coffee production and European marketing initiatives.

Simon Denby
Simon DenbySenior Plantation Manager
A seasoned professional in tropical agriculture and primary supply chain with a track record in Global FMCG companies. Over 25 years experience in agricultural, rural development and the environment. Simon is a business development entrepreneur with successes in establishing operations. He offers truly global experience having worked in Zimbabwe, Brazil, China, South Korea, Europe and SE Asia on a range of programmes from developing farming practices, improving factory efficiencies through to getting consumer feedback at focus groups: an expert in end to end supply chains.

MIchael Whatton
MIchael WhattonOperations Manager
Michael (Mick) Whatton joined the Lionheart Team in June 2016, and comes from a UK Military background, in logistical services, serving 24 years and archiving the rank of Warrant Office Class One. Mick has worked in many countries around the world in various appointment’s from “Project Manager to Contract Manager”. Mick’s previous appointment was as Contract Manager KBR (UK), managing over 13 sites, with a workforce in excess of 1,600. Mick was awarded the prestigious title of “Member of the British Empire (MBE)” in May 2015, for his services during his previous appointment as Contract Manager KBR (UK). Mick lives in the Philippines and has done for the past 12 years and is married with 2 children.
